Camberwell Arts Market - Saturday 10th June
This weekend we will be heading back to Camberwell Green, our ancestral home for a day of selling alongside our amazing friend and studio neighbour Camille Aboudaram.
Although we are now based in the New Cross / Deptford borders Garudio Studiage began its life in Camberwell in 2003 and spent its first year there before moving to Peckham. So this weekend sees a return to our original home and if you visit us, your chance to see some of of sights that created some of our first products such as the Wildlife of London Tea Towel which features creatures that all lived in our first studio, so we will be glad to return to camberwell green, opposite the Golden Grill. You can read more about the history of Garudio Studiage here
This event is organised by Camberwell Arts, who we have worked with on many projects over the last 19 years including the Camberwell Corgi, Parks Puppies & Parakeets, and the iconic Blue Plaque commemorating our first home.
We will be there thanks to Camille Aboudaram who has kindly asked us to join her while she sells her prints, stickers and publications. These sellable products are developed from her practice creating poster designs envisaged to be placed in advertising spaces via guerrilla installations.
